Module 1:
Voice & Presence
Voice Activation Workshops: Sounding techniques to unleash the power of your voice, open up your expression, clear blocks, traumas & stuck emotions, and cultivate real confidence.
Sound Healing Sessions: Sound Healing Sessions: Sound and frequency work to settle your system, move stuck emotion and bring you back into contact with yourself.
Module 2:
Eros & Sensation
Sacred Sexuality Practices: Trauma-aware, body-based practices that support you to meet your sexuality with presence rather than old patterns. Weaving elements of somatic awareness, embodiment practices, tantra, breath, touch, and ritual, we explore pleasure as a felt sense of safety and self-connection.
Intuitive Connection: Practices to listen to your body’s yes/no, read your own energetic boundaries, and reconnect with your erotic life force without forcing or bypassing. We honour the sacred nature of your sexuality in very real, grounded ways.
Module 3:
Creativity & Truth
Soulful Creativity: Guided sessions on expressing emotions through music, writing, movement and more, tapping into and unleashing the creative wellspring within.
Expressive Arts: Integrating visual arts, movement, safe trauma release and sound work for holistic self-expression and emotional release.
Module 4:
Integration & Sovereignty
Integration Rituals: Grounded Rituals & practices to release past traumas, shame, limiting beliefs, and societal conditioning and to anchor the way you actually want to live in your body now.
Embodied Leadership: Exploring what it means to lead from your nervous system, your truth and your body — in your relationships, work, creativity and community. This isn’t about having a title. It’s about how you show up.

This is not simply a content library, but a somatic initiation you return to again and again as your nervous system, relationships, creativity and capacity evolve. It is designed to meet you where you are at and support you to expand into your next evolution.

The sessions will run live on zoom twice a month. We highly recommend live attendance for the most impact, to move as a collective.
